Many a times, i find myself at the crossroads btwn adhering to company's policy or to go with my heart and provide compassion.
My heart always gets softy when it comes to certain cases such as illness, medical problems, elderly.
It just turns into mush and i just feel like issuing them vouchers, giving them credits and crediting points for them even though i have to undergo heaps of trouble to do so..
Which actually brings me to a point whereby it makes me wonder what a bad businesswoman i will be..
In this man eats man world out there, you need to be strong and sometimes, yes, even ruthless in order to succeed..
And so, thats life..
